TWIN AI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures applicable to the Twin AI website and related services, applications, products and content offered by Alias Technologies Inc. (collectively referred to as “Twin AI”, “we”, “our” or “us”) regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Twin AI website and the Services, and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Our commitment to privacy and data protection is reflected in this Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we collect and process Your information.

Geolocation data. Depending on your device and app settings, we collect geolocation data when you use our Services. Usage data. We log your activity on our website, including the URL of the website from which you came to our site, pages you viewed on our website, how long you spent on a page, access times, and other details about your use of and actions on our website. We also collect information about which web-elements or objects you interact with on our Service, metadata about your activity on the Service, changes in your user state, and the duration of your use of our Service.

Third-party sources include, for example: Third-party partners and authorized individuals, Third-party applications and services, Service providers, Third parties that collect or provide data in connection with work they do on our behalf, for example companies that determine your device's location based on its IP address. We try and understand more about you based on information you've given to us and we infer new information from other data we collect, including using automated means to generate information about your likely preferences or other characteristics (“inferences”). For example, we infer your general geographic location based on your IP address.

While using the Services, in order to provide features and the processing desired by our Services, we may collect, with Your prior permission: Information regarding or constituting your image, likeness, voice and any other personal characteristics transmitted by You through the Services, including through pictures, videos and voice recordings.

We use this information to provide features of the Services, and to improve and customize the Services. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and storage systems and/or a Service Provider's server or storage systems

Use of Your Personal Data

Retention of Your Personal Data
